Projects
At The PATH Library Center, as we can, we are dusting off and sorting books. There are many more volumes to be set up and ordered and transferred from elsewhere. Shelving is also being constructed. For over six years, two Mecosta County theosophical students attached to the Theosophical Society (Pasadena) would travel monthly to do book study and conduct theosophical discussions and lectures with incarcerated students. Due to the high price of traveling (fuel, motels, auto), our downstate prison theosophical work is now on a quarterly seasonal schedule. Yet, we continue. Thus, even inmates are impacted by the surging economic changes. We continue publishing the KALI YUGA RAG, a hard copy zine. Wizards Bookshelf has reprinted ON THE MYSTERIES —Iamblichus, translated by Thomas Taylor, and also THE BOOK OF ENOCH. We are looking forward to bringing back another title or two as soon as we are able. In the long term forecast, we have at least 9 or 10 or more theosophical reference classics that need to be reprinted. The daily work continues in correspondence on a national and international exchange through The American Section of the Theosophical Society . We continue to publish the hard copy newsletter - The 21st Century PATH for members of the TS American Section. The grass needs to be cut. Soon, there will be snow to shovel. |
