The 58 minute route between Grand Rapids and the Village of Mecosta.

(This route has been timed at regular speed limits with zero traffic problems between Leonard St. at U.S. 131 and Main St. in Mecosta)

From GR

North on U.S.131 to the Stanwood Exit (EXIT 131).  After exiting, travel East (turn right) on 8 Mile Road crossing Northland Drive (aka "old" 131) until 8 Mile road ends at 155th Avenue. Travel North (turn left) on 155th Ave and very soon you will come to Buchanan Drive where you will again travel East (turn right on Buchanan). Continue East  for some miles on Buchanan through the market area of Canadian Lakes until you come to 90th Ave where you will travel North (turn left on 90th)  and  after passing 9 mile Rd on your right and School Section Lake on your left you will come to State Route M-20 (aka 11 Mile Road - and you will see Lakeside Motor Sports on the south-east corner) where you will travel East again (turn right on M-20) for 1 1/2 miles into the Village of Mecosta. M- 20 becomes Main Street in Mecosta.
